The Sales Organization

The Sales Organization in Qlik isthe primary connection to our customers and prospects; focusing on drivingrevenue in new accounts and expanding our presence in the territory's existingcustomer. The teams work geographically or are industry focused. 

How you will spend yourtime as our next OEM Manager, DACH

As an OEM Manager and team memberof our rapidly growing company, you will have significant impact on ourcompany’s growth and success and will build and maintain a sustainable andprofitable OEM Partner structure in the DACH Region (Germany, Switzerland andAustria), based in Düsseldorf or Munich.

Independently identify and acquirenew OEM Partners, in addition to supporting the present Partner base in thedesignated area

Be prime Partner contact throughoutthe acquisition process, through post acquisition and revenue-based activities

Provide guidance to Partnerprospects throughout the acquisition process including technical and businessdue diligence, contract negotiations to closure

Build the mutual business plan andgo to market strategy

Qualify opportunities on businessvalue and revenue to Qlik. Build relation with assigned customers/partners inorder to position Qlik as the strategic OEM partner of choice. Build ongoingrevenue streams of +500K/year per customer or business unit.

Coordinate Partner trainings, bothwith sales and technical focus

Attend joint sales calls withPartners when appropriate

Prepare and execute "Seeing isBelieving” events

Build a sustainable pipeline witheach Partner participation in trade show events, workshops, seminars and othermarketing events

You will be successfulif you have

You will thrive if youhave

10+ years of successfulsoftware/technology solutions sales and account management experience to largeenterprise companies

Work experience with a SystemIntegrator (e.g.  Accenture) or SolutionProvider is a plus

Experience in selling solutions andconcepts to senior decision makers

Experience in both direct andPartner channels

Ideally you are bringing OEMspecific sales experience with you and a sense of urgency and enthusiasm

Ability to qualify and prioritizeprospects and generate opportunities through prospecting, networking andrelationship building

Strong negotiation skills

Creative thinker with the abilityto multi-task

Able to respond quickly and thinkboth strategically and tactically

Team based mentality

An outgoing, focused and organizedperson with a strong will to succeed

Fluency in German and English

Location/Mobility

The role is located in Düsseldorfor Munich, Home Office is possible.  Travelis occasionally required.
