Responsibilities:

  • Actively coach, support, and lead by example a team ofindividual contributors
  • Develop strategies to create new opportunities wherenone previously exist
  • Effectively position Workday’s unique valueproposition against aggressive competitors
  • Connect with C-suite decision makers and articulateWorkday’s impact on business value
  • Drive Workday Culture and cross-group collaborationwithin the Munich and Karlsruhe offices as a member of the local leadershipteam
  • Cultivate mutually beneficial relationships withstrategic partners

Experience:

  • Minimum 5-10 years’ experience as a front line orsecond line sales manager
  • Experience within the business applicationsmarketplace, preferably ERP, FPM or Human Capital Management related
  • Demonstrable results in leading teams within complex,team-based sales environments
  • Proven ability in managing complex sales cycles fromstart to finish with a track record of successful revenue attainment
  • Experience in managing a team of highly skilledopportunity-creating and business-transformational Account Executives inGermany

Skills  and  Competencies:

  • True passion for delivering results through others
  • High level of accountability in a high growthenvironment
  • Well above-average written and verbal communicationskills
  • Proven as a self-starter, fast-learner, and agent ofchange
  • Proficiency across a variety of selling methodologies,with existing track record of coaching or teaching these skills

Education:

  • Masterspreferred
